He has shared that these issues intensified after the death of his mother in 2012, leading him to "hit rock bottom." 

He has candidly spoken about how he has learned to mask his anxiety in public and has sought help through various therapies, including medication, urging others, particularly men, to speak up about their own mental health challenges.
